CMT Production: Precision at Scale

Our operations are structured into two distinct, high-precision phases: Product Development and CMT Production. Clients may engage our studio for end-to-end management or select the specific phase that meets their current needs.

The CMT Lifecycle

Phase 2: Technical Assembly (Make): Garments are constructed by our specialist teams in strict adherence to your approved design specifications.

Phase 3 Garment Assembly: Hardware, closures, and brand-specific trimmings are applied with obsessive attention to detail.

Phase 1: Precision Cutting: Fabric is expertly laid and cut according to the finalised graded patterns, then meticulously sorted by style, size, and colourway.

Rigorous Quality Assurance:

Every garment undergoes a three-tier QC inspection throughout the assembly process, ensures the final delivery meets the CGS uncompromising standard and final garment inspection
